Last night there was a cracking Halloween party at Fazeley Studios in Birmingham, luckily for us, where we work at Adhere. The evening consisted of;
- the overly ornate and elaborate reception of the studios converted into a dark, candle lit dungeon of a room with cobwebs, hanging bodies, spiders and so forth
- a spooky live band, dressed as skeletons, banging out a tune or two nicely with brass and bounce
- A projection playing horror clips and a few sing along monster music videos later in the night, hung from the roof about 25ft up.
- 900 slices of Pizza
- Copious amounts of wine
There was also a prize for the best carved pumpkin, although as yet I am unaware of who won exactly. In attendance were the Ghostbusters, Sweeney Todd(s), Death and all his friends, The Joker, Mad Scientists, 3 dancing Penis’, Witches, Wizards and Warlocks, Little Dead Riding Hood, Darth Maul and The Mighty Boosh’s Hitcher, to name but a few.
Below I’ll upload the photos and any video I find from the night. To get us started here’s the short video from the folk at Substrakt of them making their pumpkin brain…
